Orders shipped outside of the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Damaged Items:
In case of damaged items upon arrival, ICAN NUTRITION FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING CO. L.L.C will offer a replacement free of charge in most cases. Customers are requested to send a photo of the damaged product via email to sales@icanshilajit.com Notification of any damaged items should be made as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after receiving the order.

Incorrect Orders / Placed in Error:
For orders placed in error, customers may be eligible for a full refund, depending on whether the order has been shipped at the time of inquiry. Immediate contact is recommended to cancel any mistaken orders. If the order has not yet been shipped, ICAN NUTRITION FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING CO. L.L.C will promptly cancel it and initiate a refund. However, if the order has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for returning the shipment at their expense. The full product price will be refunded for any incorrect orders returned, excluding the original shipping cost.
